This is a great package for those doing destination wedding and need the best contacts in Las Vegas. We will act as your eyes and ears locally and execute your wedding needs from beginning to end.
FULL COORDINIATION INCLUDES:
- Face-to-face, emails and conference calls/meetings to go over all wedding details, (budget, design & decor, vendor duties, timeline of activities, site selections ect.)
- Facilitate locating & contracting the perfect ceremony and reception location (Three site visits prior to booking final venue)
- Create a event schedule for vendors and wedding party
- We will provide a detailed wedding budget and timeline
- Unlimited recommendations and or suggestions
- Assist with selection process of professional vendors
- Confirm contracts and timing of events with all vendors
- Arrange your wedding rehearsal and organize your wedding party
- Coordinate the wedding ceremony
- Manage the timing of events with your family, wedding party and vendors
- We will be onsite for the entire wedding day

Day of Coordination
With this package, Creating Timeless Memories will oversee all vendor commitments and be sure they are fulfilled to your standards. We will manage the timing of your events with family, the wedding party and your guests. We will be your eyes and ears throughout the day so you can relax and enjoy the loving memories! Day of Coordination packages vary in price due to the addtional wedding coordinators needed on site for the wedding management and for personal assistants. We have different packages to fit your needs!
