Our unique desserts are inspired by Hawaiian and Filipino fusion. We serve Silvanas (Frozen cookie made from a layer of buttercream sandwiched between two cashew-meringue wafers coated with cake crumbs.), French Macarons, Puto flan (fluffy layer now topped (or bottomed) with sweet and creamy leche flan), Coco puffs (cream puff pastry filled with chocolate pudding and topped with a buttery macadamia nut chantilly frosting) and mini-cupcakes.
